“Rich in cultural history United in diversity A salute to my country – Independent India.” We celebrated our Independence day with pomp and gaiety at our school, Maharishi Vidya Mandir, Mangadu. The function began at 7:15 AM and our chief guest Shri. E. Balaguruswamy, retired IFS officer, hoisted the National flag. The Chief Guest felicitated the school toppers, subject toppers and the teachers of grade 10. The ceremony was well organized and appreciated by the parents.
